This policy explains what personal data Choplét collects, why, and your rights over it. We are the data controller for the platform; vendors are separate controllers for the order data they receive to fulfil deliveries.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email, and phone number.
• Delivery addresses and contact phone for orders.
• Order history and payment status (we do not store card numbers).
• Technical data needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To create your account, process and deliver your orders, send order confirmations and delivery updates, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment provider. Choplét does not receive or store your full card details.

Sharing

We share the minimum necessary order details with the vendor fulfilling your order and with the delivery provider. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Retention periods are pending finalisation.
