These terms govern your use of Choplét, an online marketplace connecting you with independent vendors of African and Afro-Caribbean groceries for delivery within Greater Manchester. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Choplét operates the marketplace platform. Each order is fulfilled by the independent vendor (store) you buy from; Choplét facilitates the transaction, payment, and delivery arrangement.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure. You must provide accurate information and a delivery address within our service area.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT. A single checkout may contain items from several vendors; each vendor's items are charged and fulfilled separately, with their own delivery fee. We take a commission from vendors; this does not change the price you pay.

Cancellations and refunds

Many grocery items are perishable. Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our refunds & cancellations policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The precise limitation wording is pending legal review.
